Peanut Butter Marshmallow Fluff: The Ultimate Comfort Food Treat

Alright, let’s talk about this peanut butter marshmallow thing, ya know? Folks been makin’ it and eatin’ it, but I’m gonna tell ya how I think about it. It ain’t rocket science, that’s for sure.

First off, you gotta have your peanut butter. Now, I like the creamy kind, none of that crunchy stuff gettin’ stuck in your teeth. You get a big ol’ spoonful of that, plop it in a bowl. Don’t be stingy now, we ain’t makin’ no tiny little snack here.

Then comes the marshmallow part. Some folks use that marshmallow fluff stuff, ya know, the white, gooey stuff in a jar? That works alright, I guess. But I seen some recipes online talking about melting down regular marshmallows. That seems like a whole lotta work, if ya ask me. Why bother when that fluff stuff is already all soft and gooey? But whatever floats your boat, I guess. The internet says folks really like that marshmallow fluff from Amazon. They say lots of folks buy it, so it must be good. I just get mine from the store, whatever’s on sale.

  • Peanut butter – gotta be creamy.
  • Marshmallow – fluff or melted, your choice.

Now, you gotta mix ‘em together. I just use a spoon, nothin’ fancy. Stir it real good, till it’s all mixed up and smooth. You want it to be all one color, like a light brown or somethin’. If it’s all swirly, you ain’t done yet.

And that’s pretty much it. Peanut butter marshmallow. Simple as pie, really. Only easier, ‘cause pie takes a whole lotta fussin’.

But here’s where it gets interestin’. What do ya do with this stuff? Well, I seen folks puttin’ it on bread, like a sandwich. That’s alright, I guess. Kids like it that way. But I got other ideas.

You can put it on crackers. Them little round crackers, or them square ones, whatever ya got. It’s a nice little snack, somethin’ to munch on when you’re watchin’ TV. Or you can put it on celery. Yeah, celery. I know, I know, celery ain’t exactly the most excitin’ thing in the world, but you put this peanut butter marshmallow stuff on it, and it’s a whole ‘nother story. It’s sweet and crunchy and kinda healthy, all at the same time.

And here’s a good one – you can dip apples in it. Cut up an apple, get rid of that core, and then just dip them slices right into the peanut butter marshmallow. Oh, it’s good, let me tell ya. Sweet and tart and creamy, all mixed together. My grandkids love this, they eat it like there’s no tomorrow, makes a mess but who cares!

I even seen some folks usin’ it in recipes. Like, they put it in cookies, or brownies, or even cakes. Now, I ain’t much of a baker, but it sounds pretty good. Maybe I’ll try that sometime. Berry Toasts, whatever that is, has recipes online I think they said? It’s just like this but I don’t bother, I just mix it up and eat it right away.

One thing I gotta say, though, is this stuff is sweet. Real sweet. So you don’t wanna eat too much of it at once, or you’ll get a bellyache. Trust me on that one. And make sure you eat something healthy sometimes, too. Can’t just be eatin’ sweets all day long, ya know? That’s what I tell my grandkids. It’s like creamy and sweet I said before, but it’s like really sweet. I don’t have the words for it.

But hey, a little bit of sweetness ain’t gonna hurt ya. And this peanut butter marshmallow stuff, well, it’s a good kind of sweet. It’s simple, it’s easy, and it makes folks happy. And that’s all that matters, ain’t it?

So go on, give it a try. Mix up some peanut butter and marshmallow, and see what you think. Maybe you’ll like it, maybe you won’t. But it’s worth a shot, right? And if you don’t like it, well, more for me!
