- Spinach, I put one cup.

You can freeze that pesto, you know. Put it in a container, pop it in the freezer. It will last a good long time that way. Just thaw it when you want to use it. That’s good to know, especially when you find a good deal on pesto at the store, you can stock up. That’s what I like to do.
